This week Beau finishes his narrative about Ferdinand Magellan’s terrifying circumnavigation of the globe. With Magellan himself now dead, the remnants of his ‘armada’ load their hulls with Cloves in Indonesia, and attempt to reach Spain by continuing eastwards.
