Since coming back as a franchise in 1999 the @clevelandbrowns are currently on their 12th head coach & @dillongabriel is the 41st starting QB.  

#kevinstefanski is on the hot seat.  

After leaving the Browns only Pat Shumur & Romeo Crennel got another head coaching job with terrible results to boot.  

I know coaches work a lifetime to get these jobs but is the Cleveland job worth it?  

I feel for the #dawgpound and the people of Cleveland.
