This week we dive into the HBR article, "Begin with Trust" and it's significance on all of us as leaders. We are joined by our former colleagues Peter Joseph (HealthRise) and Tiffany Kruzcek (EOS Implementer). We take turns diagnosing and helping each other find our trust wobbles. It was quite powerful for all of us to do this exercise together.
