Sile Walsh is a lecturer, facilitator, coach, researcher and accredited professional supervisor who has worked internationally with over 20k leaders and organisations for over a decade. Sile is a PhD candidate researching inclusive leadership in the school of psychology and has a professional background in coaching psychology and organisational development. As a leadership development specialist, an early school leaver, dyslexic, working class, queer and living with a disability, Sile is passionate about co-creating inclusive workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Sile was voted one of the top 10 coaches in Dublin by Influence and Digest in 2021, and the top 15 coaches in 2023.
