Episode 6
What if your favorite words could ground you, lift your spirit, and bring you home to yourself? In this episode, I share the power of personal “anchor words” and invite you to claim the ones that support your soul.
Today, we dive into the magic of words—those special ones that really speak to your soul and keep you grounded. I share two of my own: “innocence” and “sisu.” Innocence softened years of self-blame and opened my heart to compassion. Sisu, a Finnish word for grit and resilience, reminds me I can move through anything.
Our words matter. They help us remember who we really are, especially on the tough days. I encourage you to look for the words that resonate in your bones, the ones that instantly bring you back to your center. Write them down, speak them, and let them become daily reminders of your worth.
“Your favorite words aren’t just words. They’re bridges back to yourself.”
