This week, Coach Frontier's guest is U.S. Hammer Thrower - Rudy Winkler. Rudy has broken throught the 80m barrier multiple times in the summer of 2020 and is currently the 3rd best hammer thrower in U.S. history. He is a 2016 Olympian and was the 2017 NCAA Champion in the hammer.
