Ar: كانت شوارع الدار البيضاء مغمورة بالمطر.
En: The streets of Casablanca were drenched with rain.
Ar: قطرات المطر ترتطم بالأرض مثل لحن حزين، بينما الناس يمرون مسرعين، حاملين مظلاتهم الملونة.
En: Raindrops hit the ground like a sad melody, while people hurried by, carrying their colorful umbrellas.
Ar: في هذا الجو الرمادي، وسط صخب المدينة، كانت رانيا تنتظر مكالمة طالما انتظرتها.
En: In this gray weather, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, Rania awaited a call she had longed for.
Ar: رانيا، الفنانة الشغوفة، كانت واقفة تحت أحد الأشجار الكبيرة، تحتمي من المطر.
En: Rania, the passionate artist, was standing under one of the large trees, taking shelter from the rain.
Ar: قلبها كان ممتلئاً بالشوق والقلق.
En: Her heart was filled with longing and anxiety.
Ar: يوماً بعد يوم، كانت تشعر بالفجوة المتزايدة بينها وبين يوسف، شريك حياتها الذي يعيش بعيداً في دبي.
En: Day after day, she felt the growing gap between her and Youssef, her partner who lived far away in Dubai.
Ar: كان يوسف يعمل بجد كمهندس ناجح في دبي.

Ar: رغم التزاماته المهنية الثقيلة، لم يتوقف حبه لرانيا.
En: Despite his heavy professional commitments, his love for Rania never waned.
Ar: لكن الوقت والعمل كانا دائماً حواجز بينهما، ومع الفارق الزمني، ازدادت الأوقات الصعبة.
En: But time and work were always barriers between them, and with the time difference, the difficult times increased.
Ar: رن الهاتف في يد رانيا وظهرت صورة يوسف على الشاشة.
En: The phone rang in Rania's hand and Youssef's picture appeared on the screen.
Ar: أجابت بسرعة، "أهلاً يوسف، كيف حالك؟"
En: She answered quickly, "Hello Youssef, how are you?"
Ar: كان صوت يوسف دافئاً ومرتاحاً، لكنه حمل بعض التعب بين كلماته.
En: Youssef's voice was warm and relaxed, yet carried some fatigue between his words.
Ar: "رانيا، أنا آسف لانشغالي. أشتقت إليك كثيراً."
En: "Rania, I’m sorry for being busy. I miss you a lot."
Ar: ترددت رانيا للحظة، ثم قررت أن تعبر عن مشاعرها.
En: Rania hesitated for a moment, then decided to express her feelings.
Ar: "يوسف، أشعر أن المسافة تجعلني وحيدة. أريد أن نشعر بالقرب، مهما بعدت المسافات."
En: "Youssef, I feel that the distance makes me lonely. I want us to feel close, no matter how far apart we are."
Ar: توقف يوسف عن الحديث لبرهة، ثم قال بصوت حازم ومهتم، "أنا أفهم يا رانيا. دعينا نجعل الأمور أفضل."
En: Youssef paused for a moment, then said in a firm and caring voice, "I understand, Rania. Let’s make things better."
Ar: بينما كانوا يتحدثون، بدأ المطر يشتد.
En: As they talked, the rain intensified.
Ar: وكأن السماء تعبر عن مشاعرهم المختلطة.
En: It was as if the sky was expressing their mixed emotions.
