"Taking the Lord's Name"
In this episode we see immediately in verse 1 what the Lord's message will be to the members of the church. He distinguishes between those who really are the "people of the Lord" and those who "call themselves the people of the Lord." Naturally, he explains the difference by talking about faith preceding a sign and then makes reference to the Parable of the Ten Virgins. Taking the Lord's name in vain is when we don't keep our baptismal covenants.
