Our discussion hit on a number of topics on the ins and outs of player development, Brian's path to being the Sox farm director, and his thoughts on a number of current players in the system (and big leagues)! Plus, the guys opened with some quick draft thoughts and discussion of Brayan Bello's MLB debut.
