Sr: Калемегданска тврђава је изгледала чаробно под јесењим сунцем.
En: The Kalemegdan Fortress looked magical under the autumn sun.
Sr: Листови су тихо падали и прекривали стазе.
En: Leaves quietly fell, covering the paths.
Sr: Мила, Вук и Александар стигли су рано ујутро, свесни важности овог места за њих.
En: Mila, Vuk, and Aleksandar arrived early in the morning, aware of the importance this place held for them.
Sr: Као деца, отац их је често водио овде.
En: As children, their father often brought them here.
Sr: Данас су први пут дошли само њих троје, без њега.
En: Today, it was the first time the three of them came without him.

En: "I want you to come here every year, so your bonds will remain strong," it was written in the letter.
Sr: Суза се појавила у Милиним очима.
En: A tear appeared in Mila's eyes.
