In life, work, family and hobbies, it is more important to make a list of things you are going to say no to, to allow room for things you want to say yes to.  Editing life is not about making highlight reels like so many others do. Its about choosing to do only the things that makes the reel in the first place.  Choosing to live every moment as if our whole life was the highlight reel, not going back after the fact and picking out small portions to stitch together.
