Sk: Marek a Zuzana stáli na okraji zrúcaniny Devínskeho hradu.
En: Marek and Zuzana stood at the edge of the ruins of Devínskeho hradu.
Sk: Vietor jemne šepkal medzi kamennými stenami a okolitá príroda žiarila farbami jesene.
En: The wind gently whispered among the stone walls, and the surrounding nature shone with autumn colors.
Sk: Dunaj a Morava sa spojili pod nimi, ako by boli prastarí priatelia.
En: The Dunaj and Morava rivers joined below them, as if they were ancient friends.
Sk: Marek sa zhlboka nadýchol a cítil, ako sa s ním spájal pokoj detstva.
En: Marek took a deep breath and felt a calmness from childhood connecting with him.
Sk: „Pamätáš, Zuzka?“ opýtal sa s úsmevom, pričom jeho oči zábleskli spomienkou.

Sk: Mal voľno z práce, pretože už dlho uvažoval o zmene kariéry.
En: He had taken time off work because he had been contemplating a career change for a long time.
Sk: V posledných mesiacoch ho myšlienka života v korporátnom svete unavovala.
En: In recent months, the thought of life in the corporate world had tired him.
Sk: Odsunul radosť na vedľajšiu koľaj, a preto sem, na staré miesto dobrodružstiev, prišiel znova.
En: He had pushed joy to the side, and that's why he had come back here, to the old place of adventures.
Sk: „Cítim, že som stratil zmysel pre dobrodružstvo,“ priznal sa Marek.
En: "I feel like I've lost my sense of adventure," Marek admitted.
Sk: „Nechcem celý život lipnúť len na povinnostiach.
En: "I don't want to spend my whole life clinging only to duties.
Sk: Túžim po niečom, čo ma naplní radosťou.“
En: I long for something that fills me with joy."
Sk: Zuzana poklepala po jeho ramene.
En: Zuzana patted his shoulder.
Sk: „Nie si v tom sám, Marek.
En: "You're not alone in this, Marek.
Sk: To je dôvod, prečo sme tu. Aby sme si pripomenuli, kým sme boli, a kým chceme byť.
En: That's why we're here—to remind ourselves of who we were, and who we want to be."
