Kim Scott - How to be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity

Season 8 Episode 4 Published 3 years, 6 months ago
Description

In this episode, I had a terrific conversation with Kim Scott about how to be a kick-ass boss without losing your humanity. We covered a range of topics including, why we struggle to challenge and give honest feedback, how to break free as a boss from ruinous empathy and avoid obnoxious aggression in your business, how to recognise that your culture is becoming obnoxiously aggressive and losing its humanity, why radical candor is the building block of successful businesses, how to master the art of balance, why rockstars and superstars need equal growth opportunities in business and so much more…
