Summary 190 Max talks with Seth Lake about the NTSB's probable cause for a King Air 350 crash that killed ten people. There were a series of errors. The pilots did not call for any of the takeoff checklists or discuss what to do if an engine lost thrust on takeoff. The pilot responded to the emergency with left rudder input, the opposite action of what the emergency called for.
