Summary 224 Max talks with Catherine Cavagnaro about whether to use pitch or power to control landing speed. Most pilots she flies with fly too fast on final and have trouble nailing an airspeed. She discusses the front and back sides of the power curve, and how the results of pulling on the yoke differ on the two sides. She argues that for speeds slower then Vy, pilots are on the back side of the curve.
