Summary 273 Max talks about two accidents in which the improper use of checklists was a factor, and how to better use checklists when you fly. The pilots of Spanair Flight 5022 were all configured to takeoff, when they returned to the gate for a maintenance issue. Later they went to takeoff again, but were not configured for takeoff. An SR22 pilot crashed after failing to configure the aircraft for landing.
