Description
Based on the children's book series from 1981-1991, this anthology film adaption brings Alvin Schwartz' stories and Stephen Gammell's horrific illustrations to life. Directed by Andre Ovredal (The Autopsy of Jane Doe, Troll Hunter) and produced by Guillermo Del Toro (The Shape of Water, Pan's Labyrinth), a group of teens find a book of short horror stories that seem to be coming to life. They must face their fears in order to survive this literary nightmare.
