Faced with considerable discrimination, Rikki completed a master's degree in gender research at Hull University and established themselves as one of the leading gender and diversity speakers in the UK, delivering keynote presentations and workshops on transgender awareness, unconscious bias and gender equality, including two successful TEDx talks.
