Today we're chatting with Jordan Benedict, Teacher and Data Coach at Shanghai American School in China. As a Data Coach, Jordan works with teachers and school leaders to collect and analyze data to inform instruction. His role is relatively new to the school and they are consistently finding new ways to make better use of the data that most schools collect - but have yet to analyze. We dive deep into different examples of data coaching in all different areas of the school - and the impact this process is having on teacher professional growth and student learning.
