The ego is one of the aspects of humans that is necessary for individuality. It makes up who we uniquely are, and differentiates us from others. The ego is not a negative part of you, but it is a good idea to understand when it's working for you or against you in life. 

I share my own journey with my ego, ascension culture, the fun side of spirituality that receives backlash, how spiritual language can come off condescending, and why it's important to step out of your psyche and back into your body for healing.
