Democrat Hobbs ORDERED To Appear Before Judge In Kari Lake AZ Election Lawsuit, Suit Is ADVANCING. Lawsuit make many serious claims of fraud but defendant democrats say a motion to dismiss will easily end the the lawsuit.

Democrats are confident this case won't even go to an evidentiary hearing and a consolidated motion to dismiss will be enough. However Kari Lake is allowed to contest the election and the judge has 10 days to issue a ruling.

An emergency hearing was had and the court was so bogged down with viewers that it kept crashing. We should know next week if the case is dismissed or advances to eidence.
