The entire gang is back....and more sarcastic than ever!!  This episode Scotty, Aaron, Sam and Tony add guest host Lisa Wenderoth who picked up running later in life and wasted no time.  She's both a Boston and 100 mile finisher who took up running with her husband.  She also flies the friendly skies for Southwest Airlines.  

We also chat with Chris Roman.  Chris is, among other things, a Badwater 135 and Brazil 135 finisher, an amazing runner and a doctor.  He tells us all about UltraDoc, his new service offered to runners seeking help with medical issues and advice.
