Tara will be sharing her journey of growing up in a big Italian family in New York, how she transitioned to a vegan lifestyle as a child, and how she has carried those traditions into her celebrated restaurant and new cookbook, Vegana Italiana. She’ll also talk about the challenges and triumphs of running a vegan restaurant in LA and share some of her favorite local vegan spots.
