On this episode, the boys had on 2:16 Marathoner and content creator Cole Gibbens. Cole just came off of the Berlin Marathon, which he ran in 2:29 in brutally hot conditions. With hopes of this being an A race, Cole had a difficult training block with some health issues that we discussed in this episode.
