2 - Toronto Regional Real Estate Board says the number of homes sold in September was up 8.5 per cent from the same month last year. And most importantly for buyers - prices have dropped by almost 5% year over year - to just over a million dollars for all home types - condos included. If housing affordability has improved, why does it still feel unaffordable?
