On February 4, 2025, Maitland (FL) police found a Lamborghini SUV stuck on active railroad tracks and arrested the driver—Marcus Jordan. Bodycam shows officers working to clear the tracks, field-sobriety attempts, and a tense trip to booking. According to police and court records, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI and for resisting; a narcotics possession count was also filed. Later, the State Attorney said the seized substance tested as ketamine, not cocaine. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
