Ru: Осень накрыла российскую деревню золотым одеялом.
En: Autumn covered the Russian village with a golden blanket.

Ru: Ветер покачивал листья, наполняя воздух свежестью и прохладой.
En: The wind swayed the leaves, filling the air with freshness and coolness.

Ru: На ферме, на краю деревни, Виктор работал в полях.
En: On the farm, on the edge of the village, Viktor worked in the fields.

Ru: Он был неутомимым фермером, привыкшим работать с утра до вечера, во что бы то ни стало.
En: He was an indefatigable farmer, accustomed to working from morning till night, no matter what.

Ru: Но в тишине полей, сердце его томилось по общению и теплу человеческого участия.
En: But in the silence of the fields, his heart yearned for communication and the warmth of human interaction.

Ru: На горизонте деревни уже начиналась подготовка к Празднику урожая.

Ru: Однако вечер близился, и когда свет фонарей из деревни коснулся горизонта, Виктор осознал: что-то тянет его к этим огням, к людям, к празднику.
En: However, evening approached, and when the village lights touched the horizon, Viktor realized: something was drawing him to those lights, to the people, to the festival.

Ru: Он завершил последнюю работу и случайно взглянул на деревню.
En: He finished the last bit of work and accidentally glanced at the village.

Ru: Там уже пылал костёр, и смех разносился до его ушей.
En: The bonfire was already blazing, and laughter reached his ears.

Ru: Виктор медленно шагал в сторону деревни, между тем как внутренний голос твердил ему: "Это пустая трата времени.
En: Viktor slowly walked toward the village, while an inner voice insisted, "It's a waste of time."

Ru: " Но сердце его шептало другое: "Тебе нужен этот свет, это тепло.
En: But his heart whispered otherwise: "You need this light, this warmth."

Ru: "На подходе к площади он остановился, весь в сомнениях.
En: Approaching the square, he stopped, full of doubt.
