Growthpoint boosts final FY2025 dividend 8.6%

Growthpoint lifted its final dividend by 8.6% to 63.3 cents per share, taking the full-year payout up 6.1% to 124.3 cents. The increase comes on the back of improved performance in South Africa and a higher payout ratio.
