Sl: V megleni, hladni jeseni je Tadej stopil iz avta na parkirišču v Triglavskem narodnem parku.
En: In the misty, cold autumn, Tadej stepped out of the car in the parking lot at Triglav National Park.
Sl: Njegovi pljuči sta se napolnili s svežim zrakom, prepojenim z vonjem mokrih listov.
En: His lungs filled with fresh air, infused with the scent of wet leaves.
Sl: Ob njem sta stala Nina in Luka, njegova najboljša prijatelja.
En: Beside him stood Nina and Luka, his best friends.
Sl: "To bo super pohod," je rekla Nina z navdušenjem v glasu.
En: "This will be a great hike," said Nina with excitement in her voice.
Sl: "Komaj čakam, da vidimo barve dreves!
En: "I can't wait to see the colors of the trees!"
Sl: "Luka je pregledal zemljevid.
En: Luka examined the map.
Sl: "Pot do vrha ni težka, le na nekaj mestih bolj strma," je rekel mirno.
En: "The path to the top isn't hard, just a bit steeper in a few places," he said calmly.

En: The fear of heights always followed him like a dark shadow.
