October 1, 2025, Fresno PD responded to an alleged battery and vandalism incident along Fresno Street. A male, adult suspect was arrested and booked. Police are not seeking any outstanding suspects. Fresno PD case 25-0010122[1]. Also on October 1, Clovis PD arrested a male adult suspect for alleged battery following an incident on Clovis Avenue; the case was closed with an arrest. Clovis PD case 25-71625[1]. Later that morning, Fresno PD investigated an alleged corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant on North Hughes Avenue. A female adult suspect was arrested and later released; the investigation is ongoing. Fresno PD case 2509300968[1]. In another housing unit, Fresno PD arrested a male adult suspect for an alleged incident involving a deadly weapon and probation violation on North 9th Street; the suspect was held until release. On October 3, a bicyclist was hospitalized after being struck by a pickup truck at Barton and Princeton avenues in southeast Fresno. The crash, reported around 7:10 a.m., is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. No arrests have been reported, and the condition of the bicyclist remains unknown[2].
