En: There is excitement in the air at the foot of Gardd Drefol Bae Caerdydd.

Cy: Mae’r dail liwgar yn crensian o dan draed wrth i’r gwynt ysgafn chwythu nhw fel gêm farblis.
En: The colorful leaves crunch underfoot as the gentle wind blows them like a game of marbles.

Cy: Ymhlith y planhigion a’r llwybrau gwyntog, mae Gareth, y hanesydd lleol chwilfrydig, yn crwydro.
En: Among the plants and winding paths, Gareth, the curious local historian, roams.

Cy: Mae rhywbeth yn wahanol heddiw.
En: Something is different today.

Cy: Mae Rhian, botanegydd selog, yn plygu dros flodyn anarchwaethus.
En: Rhian, a keen botanist, bends over an unassuming flower.

Cy: “O’r pethau di ddim yn syllu ohonot, Gareth,” meddai wrth ddarllen ei lygaid yn ôl o’r tir.
En: “The things aren't staring at you, Gareth,” she says, lifting her eyes from the ground.

Cy: “Beth wyt ti’n chwilio am?”
En: “What are you looking for?”

Cy: Mae Gareth yn darganfod ei fod yn dal hen allwedd. Tair troedfedd o hyd, â'i gelfiogl aur wedi ei fflachio â llwch amser.
En: Gareth discovers he is holding an old key. Three feet long, its golden shaft flashed with the dust of time.

Cy: "Mae hwn yn allwedd i'r gorffennol," dywedodd, ei lais yn llenwi o gyffro.
En: "This is a key to the past," he said, his voice filling with excitement.

Cy: “Beth am hynny, Gareth?” gofynnodd Rhian mewn llais sy’n awgrymu amheuaeth.
En: “What about that, Gareth?” asked Rhian in a voice suggesting doubt.

Cy: Roedd hi’n ofni i hanes y mympwy hwn darfu ar y brosiect cadwraeth.
En: She feared this whimsy might disrupt the conservation project.

Cy: Gareth yn gwybod bod angen iddo ennill Jehofa Rhian.
En: Gareth knew he needed to win over Rhian.

Cy: “Gadewch i ni archwilio, heb angen difrodi’r ardd,” cynigodd.
En: “Let's explore, without damaging the garden,” he proposed.

Cy: Yn y pen draw, cytunodd Rhian.
En: Eventually, Rhian agreed.

Cy: “Iawn, ond dim ond wrth fy ochr.”
En: “Alright, but only by my side.”

Cy: Mae hi’n llawn chwilfrydedd, er ei bod yn ofni’r canlyniadau.
En: She is full of curiosity, even as she fears the consequences.

Cy: Wrth iddyn nhw archwilio'r ardd, mae'r hanes a natur yn cyd-fynd o gwmpas y goeden hynafol.
En: As they explore the garden, history and nature intertwine around the ancient tree.

Cy: Rhywbeth o dan y pridd yn cydio eu sylw - blwch bach wedi ei gladdu ers talwm.
En: Something beneath the soil catches their attention - a small box buried long ago.

Cy: Agorodd Gareth y blwch yn ofalus, a thybïo fod yr allwedd yr allwedd wrth droi ei ddychymyg.
En: Gareth opened the box carefully, speculating that the key might unlock his imagination.

Cy: Tu mewn, casglodd Gareth lawysgrif o hen ddarluniau a map sy'n datgelu rhyw dirgelwch am Bae Caerdydd.
En: Inside, Gareth collected a manuscript of old drawings and a map revealing some mystery about Bae Caerdydd.

Cy: Mae'r llwybrau hynafol yn eu harwain at atyniad tanddwr o drysor cofiadwy, dan esgeulustod amser ac anarferoldeb.
En: These ancient paths lead them to an underwater attraction of memorable treasure, under the neglect of time and rarity.

Cy: Wrth ddarllen y cofnodiadau, mae Gareth yn gweld pa mor bwysig yw cydweithio gyda Rhian.
En: While reading
