Prelude to Creation Part 2 - Moses 1
Moses 1 is a companion chapter to Abraham 3. Both give a prelude to the visions of the Creation and the Garden of Eden. Very evident in Moses 1 is the theme of "the word" (DBR). The hierarchal structure of the heavens shows that we must be participants in the Fluid Hierarchy. This is how God accomplishes His purpose of bringing "to pass the immortality and eternal life of man."
