The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints made an historic aquision today purchasing the Kirtland Temple, several Nauvoo properties, The Joseph Smith Translation manuscripts, and several other landmark items for $192.5 Million from the Community of Christ (formerly RLDS Church).
