Lv: Kemeri purva laipa, rudens rītā, klāja miglas plīvurs.
En: The Ķemeri bog boardwalk was veiled in a shroud of mist on an autumn morning.
Lv: Rūsa nokrāsoja sūnu un kūdru, bet mazās ūdens peļķes spoguļoja pelēko debesu drānu.
En: Rust colored the moss and peat, while small puddles mirrored the gray cloaks of the sky.
Lv: Emīls pirmais soļoja pa laipu, skatoties uz priekšu ar degsmi un nelielu nepacietību.
En: Emīls was the first to tread along the boardwalk, looking ahead with eagerness and a touch of impatience.
Lv: Viņš gribēja parādīt Ilzei, cik labi prot orientēties.
En: He wanted to show Ilze just how well he could navigate.
