Sk: V Tatrách vládlo ticho a pokoj.
En: In the Tatry, silence and peace reigned.
Sk: Jesenné farby boli nádherné.
En: The autumn colors were splendid.
Sk: Les bol pestrofarebný, lístie šuchotalo pod nohami.
En: The forest was multicolored, the leaves rustled underfoot.
Sk: Marek a Jana stáli na začiatku náročného turistického chodníka.
En: Marek and Jana stood at the beginning of a challenging hiking trail.
Sk: Obaja mali na tvárach úsmev.
En: Both had smiles on their faces.
Sk: Marek miloval túry.
En: Marek loved hikes.
Sk: Bol opatrný, no dnes bol odhodlaný.
En: He was cautious, but today he was determined.

Sk: „Prepáč, že som nepočúval tvoje obavy,“ povedal Marek.
En: "Sorry I didn't listen to your concerns," Marek said.
