Lv: Nelielā pilsētiņā, rudens bija atnācis ar zeltainām krāsām un kraukšķīgu vēsumu.
En: In a small town, autumn had arrived with golden colors and a crisp chill.

En: The large, old brick building, where the orphanage was located, stood out among the tall, swaying trees.
Lv: Gaisā virmoja norūgstošo lapu smarža, un bērni, kas tur dzīvoja, bija ļoti satraukti par tuvojošos rudens festivālu.
En: The air was filled with the scent of decaying leaves, and the children living there were very excited about the upcoming autumn festival.
