Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, says President Donald Trump's policies make it harder to produce more energy. He says Trump's rules could lead to job cuts in the sector as well. Shapiro spoke at a summit in Philadelphia where he said power grid operator PJM Interconnection LLC has to make changes to bring down electricity prices. He speaks to Bloomberg's Tyler Kendall.
