Story Transcript:

Cy: Mae'r haenau o'r dail aur a choch yn cydblethu yn hedfan drwy sgwaren hen farchnad dinas Caerdydd.
En: The layers of golden and red leaves intertwined, flying through the square of the old market in the city of Caerdydd.

Cy: Mae'r lle'n fywiog, fel gwe o bobl a sŵn.
En: The place was lively, like a web of people and noise.

Cy: Wrth gamu ymlaen, mae Aeron yn teimlo bod ei galon yn curo'n gyflymach na byth.
En: As Aeron stepped forward, he felt his heart beating faster than ever.

Cy: Roedd e'n gobeithio gwneud argraff dda ar Carys, ond roedd y nerfusrwydd yn troi'n ofn.
En: He hoped to make a good impression on Carys, but his nervousness was turning into fear.

Cy: Roedd Carys wrth ei hymyl, ei llygaid yn disgleirio fel seren y bore.
En: Carys was by his side, her eyes sparkling like the morning star.

Cy: Roedd hi'n chwilio am gysylltiad gwirioneddol, a phopeth am y dydd hwn wedi'i gynnwys – y tu allan i'w gwres cynulliadon pryderus Aeron.
En: She was looking for a real connection, everything about this day included – outside of the warmth of Aeron's anxious gatherings.

Cy: "Mae'r marchnad hon yn wych," meddai Carys tra'n sylwi ar stondin llyfrau ail-law.
En: "This market is great," said Carys while noticing a second-hand book stall.

Cy: "Beth am fynd i weld?"
En: "Shall we go take a look?"

Cy: Aeron gwênodd, yn teimlo ychydig o llais o falchder.
En: Aeron smiled, feeling a slight sense of pride.

Cy: "Iawn," atebodd, er nid oedd yn siŵr beth y gallai ddod o hyd iddo yno.
En: "Alright," he replied, though he wasn't sure what he might find there.

Cy: Wnaeth ei galon chwilota gyda phryder, ond derbyniodd awgrym Carys.
En: His heart searched with anxiety, but he accepted Carys's suggestion.

Cy: Synhwyrai arogl caws o stondin cyfagos yn cymysgu â'r arogl coffi newydd-o-dreigl.
En: He sensed the smell of cheese from a nearby stall mixing with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

Cy: Roedd crochenwaith lledr a statys newydd yn denu sylw ar fwrdd gerllaw, wrth i werthwyr annog pobl i drio eu cynnyrch.
En: Leather pottery and new trinkets attracted attention on a nearby table, as vendors encouraged people to try their products.

Cy: "Ydych chi'n hoffi coffi?" gofynnodd hi'n ddisgynnyddol, gan dynnu Aeron tua stondin ag arwydd oedd yn addo'r cymysgeddau gorau.
En: "Do you like coffee?" she asked casually, pulling Aeron towards a stall with a sign promising the best blends.

Cy: "Ie, wrth gwrs," atebodd, gobeithio na ddangosai mwy o nerfusrwydd.
En: "Yes, of course," he responded, hoping he didn't show more nervousness.

Cy: Gwrandawsant ar sgytiau o hylif poeth yn cael ei lenwi mewn cwpanau tra'n clywed y sgwrsio cyson o sŵn marchnad.
En: They listened to the hiss of hot liquid being poured into cups while hearing the constant chatter of market noise.

Cy: Aeth ati i dair pen effro a roedd Carys yn sgwrsio'n sydyn â'r gwerthwr am ei deithiau diweddar.
En: They came to three alert heads, and Carys was quickly chatting with the vendor about his recent travels.

Cy: Cafodd Aeron ei amsugno gan sut oedd Carys yn dueddol.
En: Aeron was absorbed by how Carys was inclined.

Cy: Roedd hyn yn ei annog ac yn wybodol ei ysgwyd. Ond roedd eto rhywbeth yn apelio iddo am yr ansicrwydd na wynebodd o'r blaen.
En: This encouraged and knowingly shook him, but there was still something appealing to
