  • Stakes: You'll miss out on valuable strategies for overcoming self-doubt and burnout.

For this episode I’m joined by Dr. Rhonda Parmer, who discusses her work with women who want to express themselves better in male company.

Rhonda is a seasoned consultant with 31 years of dedicated service in public education and beyond.

Rhonda works to help successful executives build unshakable confidence and avoid burnout. She is a children's book author and started writing a leadership book called EASE Into Leadership.

Rhonda designed the EASE framework to break down tasks into four simple phases. Working with individuals or teams, Rhonda has a roadmap for executives to choose the skill they want to address.

Rhonda supports her clients through hosted workshops and 1:1 work to help them discover their strengths and align their actions with their values.

Rhonda recently shifted from working solely with school administrators to working with leaders and aspiring leaders in all sectors.

Key takeaways:

  • The EASE framework helps leaders engage, align, simplify, and empower their teams.
  • Self-belief is crucial for overcoming challenges and achieving success.
  • Comfort can hinder personal growth and development.
  • Recognizing small wins can boost confidence and motivation.
  • Building relationships and networks is essential for leadership success.
