Episode Details

This week, we are teaching that “God Gives Me a New Start.” Preschoolers and kids will hear the story of when Jesus called Matthew, the tax collector, to follow Him. (Matthew 9:9-13; Mark 2:13-17; Luke 4:27-32) When Jesus told Matthew to follow Him, Matthew immediately obeyed. Despite what people thought about Matthew, Jesus gave him a new start. Preschoolers and kids will learn that when they put their trust in Jesus, He forgives their sin and gives them a new start. God sent Jesus to forgive our sins and make us totally new with brand-new identities in Him!
