On this weeks episode I talk about just how the month of September was a whirlwind for me. When it feels like life is just whammy after whammy but in reality this month was growth for me, even through the hard times, even on the days i was losing my spark and lost energy for the business or podcast. Sometimes the growth that's made in one month when your body, mind is asking you to slow down and feel and push through is when the important healing elements surface to become a better version of yoruself.
