These Free For All Friday Shows are our most fun to do. We really hope you enjoy them.
We talked about many issues today. We had a listener question about cholesterol and we recommended The High Cholesterol Action Plan by Chris Kresser and the work for Chris Masterjohn. Cholesterol and statin medications are a tricky thing because once you get on a particular pharmecutical medication it can be really challenging to get off of them.
