Remember, it's that time of year where you may see random body parts sticking out of peoples cars. There's a 99.9% chance it's a halloween prop... and in this weeks Small Town Crime Wave, it in fact, was a holiday prop.

September 19th - Town of Wingville
"Dozens" of kids ran into the woods when the cops showed up to an underage drinking party. Police rounded up 30 of them, and one of the teens involved told deputies that they had a party in Wingville, because "nothing ever happens here."

September 21st - Village of Greendale
A drunk woman parked near the entrance of a senior care facility, came inside, and was looking to "check in," believing that she was at a hotel. 

September 21st - City of Pewaukee
A blue pickup in traffic had a hand sticking out of the truck bed near the bottom. An officer located the truck and stated that it was "very clearly a Halloween prop" of some sort
