The OC ladies mix family time, self-defense training, and a whole lot of drama.
We see them in their day-to-day lives:
- Shannon FaceTimes Sophie, Gina dyes her son’s hair, Heather checks in with Max in Paris, and Jenn & Ryan discuss wedding plans.
- Tamra takes Sophia to tour the Music Institute, while Jenn bonds with her daughter Everleigh, even asking her to be maid of honor.
Things heat up when Gretchen arranges a surprise self-defense training day—complete with a fake assault scenario that rattles the women. The group splits between martial arts and target practice (Tamra excels, Gretchen flops but looks fabulous).
Of course, the Temecula fallout resurfaces. Tensions rise when Shannon defends herself against Tamra’s claim about her father’s drinking. Gina sides with Tamra, while Emily stirs the pot about Gretchen’s “song + sex tape” allegations involving Tamra.
At the post-training drinks, the gossip explodes into a full-blown Gretchen vs. Tamra showdown. Allegations fly, Slade’s name resurfaces, and old wounds reopen. The fight escalates until Tamra storms out, giving Gretchen double middle fingers and declaring she’s done with 12 years of Gretchen’s “lies.”
