Description
On this episode, the boys had our good friend Iggy Gamboa on the podcast! We met Iggy at the Boston Marathon this year and he ran the entire race with Scotty and Danny. It was fun to relive their experience from the race and all the funny moments.
Not only is Iggy a 2:38 marathoner, he just completed his first Ironman! We learned about how he approached Ironman training coming from a running only background. He had a great race and finished in 11 hours on a brutally hilly course.
