A couple in NC put down almost $20,000 for a wedding venue called The Cotton Room. The groom died unexpectedly 6 months before the wedding. The Cotton Room has refused to refund any of the money back to the family even though no services have been rendered. Contract or not, should the venue keep the money? Should they give it all back or maybe a portion of it?
