It's comforting to remember that nobody has it all figured out. Regardless of titles or achievements, everyone is simply doing their best, learning from mistakes, and striving to improve.
It may LOOK like they have it figured out on social media or at the PTA or board meeting, but everyone is dealing with insecurities, uncertainty, and pain.
Knowing this, it’s not our job to criticize, point out errors or judge another, rather we should cheer each other on, lift each other up, and encourage each other to keep giving it our best.
Knowing that nobody has it figured out can alleviate our self-imposed pressure and encourage us to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles.
