UPDATE: I’ve amended the start of this episode to share the unfortunate news that — if you distribute your book through IngramSpark, IT WILL ALWAYS be available on Amazon.
This was not clear before my publication date, but after many support tickets to IngramSpark they’ve clarified that “our distribution program is ‘All or nothing’ which that we are unable to leave out any of our distribution partners.”
I was able to stop the ebook and audiobook from going to Amazon, but the paperback version is now unavoidably there. Please buy it elsewhere!
