Pittsburgh has lots of Airbnbs and other short-term rentals, but the rules about who owns these spaces and how they're maintained are relatively lax. City Councilor Deb Gross proposed legislation to regulate these properties, but the plan has divided both housing advocates and short-term rental owners. PublicSource's Femi Horrall joins us to break down the proposal and Pittsburghers' reactions.
