Rock Garden Tulips

Rock Garden Tulips

Season 10 Episode 109

Welcome to your Tuesday night mixtape, just in case you require an extra boost of euphoria to get through the week ahead.

Observations and recitations feature a glance into a curious book from 1928, exploring the research of F.F. Rockwell and his practical prognosis on preparing one’s dream rock garden. Sympathetic stones flavored purple (upon their perocity) encourage thirsty roots to charm their way toward the Galanthus. Fertile foliage, Chinodoxa in partial shade. Two excitable pomegranates also make an appearance. We’ll close our studies off with an excerpt from one of Karl Marx’s love letters circa June of 1856.

Stay until the end for sultry disco tracks, with a delicate 90's interlude betwixt the inevitable...sleepwalking into the heart of Iceland's Múm. Silken serenades also include tunes by The Drifters, Ottawan, Patty Pravo, Technotronic and other naughty nostalgic nocturnes.
